Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate Brownies

My ultimate brownie. Satisfyingly chewy whilst also being chocolatey rich and fudgy with a shimmering paper-thin crust.

There are so many brownie recipes out there claiming to be the best and the last recipe you will ever need for brownies. I think this is partly due to the fact that every person looks for very different things in their ultimate brownie, and after just one bite you know whether you are biting into the brownie of your dreams or a meh brownie.

Like so many out there I have been on a quest to find my perfect batch of brownies. After what feels like a lifetime of brownie testing and eating (my husband blames me and the brownies for the extra weight gain!) I am so happy to share with you my epic brownies. This recipe produces the best ever brownies I have ever tasted.

Now, you may be wondering what do I look for in the ultimate brownie? First and foremost, they must be chewy in all the right places whilst also being chocolatey rich and fudgy with just the right amount of sweetness, with a beautiful light crust on the top. Now for me that is the best brownie in the whole wide world, and if you share the same brownie dreams as I do then this is the last brownie recipe you will ever need!
